My trainers look a lot like yours! I think with the weather how it is at the moment, short of running exclusively on the road you’re going to end up with muddy shoes. I just ran a little bit on the grass this morning and that was enough – I looked as though I’d been jumping in filthy puddles judging by the state of my shoes and legs.

Ahhh cake really is the best part of the wedding. For Ben and me our wedding cake was one of our favourite parts haha! A cake selection table is an amazing idea. I don’t think I’d leave it!
Urgh the weather is just terrible at the moment. parkrun on Saturday was so squelchy. We’ll be changing to the winter course soon which is 10 times harder as there are two hills which we do three times. All good training though I suppose.
I quite like the mud ! Fun but hard work.
